"Blackberries" is terrific, Lakin!
hey, thanks, Jane! It sure kept me busy...in more ways than one.
I know this is painfully obvious, but isn't it amazing that one can simply go outside, and find such beautiful berries, just waiting to be picked?
It is obvious, but it still gets me everytime.
From your words to my mouth-yummy goodness! Thanks, Lakin.
We lived in Olympia, Washington, for two years in the early-80s. Best blackberry pickin' ever. I still remember the pies that my husband's gram "built" for us (I was lousy at pie dough and still am...it's a dying art). Double Dog Yum!
Hey, Rhonda...thanks for stopping by - "mouth-yummy," ...exactly!Renee...I've heard that Washington is the center for all things blackberry. Somehow, the abundance of blackberries can make one feel rich, eh?lk
